What you need are hard papers (can be from breakfast cereals or biscuit boxes), glue, scissor, permanent maker and pictures (cut-outs from old magazines, newspapers, brochures etc). Cut the hard papers into rectangle shape of your preferred length, paste the picture and write the word as big as possible. Simple and economical.
