If permanent marker is accidentally used on the whiteboard, there are ways to remove it. One way is to wipe the ink off using tissue, cloth or facial cotton with a little nail polish remover. Another option is to wait till the ink dries. Then just write directly over the permanent ink stain with whiteboard marker. Then use tissue, cloth or whiteboard eraser to wipe it off.
