If you are making soy milk at home, whether using blander or soy milk maker, to get rid of the raw soy taste, add 2 or 3 slices of ginger when boiling/heating the soy milk. Remove the gingers once the raw taste is gone, if not, the soy milk will have ginger flavour! To add nice flavour to soy milk, besides sweetener and vanilla, try pandan leaves (screwpine leaves).
