Label each plug at the socket so that it can be easily identify to which appliance it is connected to.

There are a few ways to remove chili seeds :

- Slice open the chili, use the knife to remove the core where the seeds are attached to and place the chili under running water to wash away the scattered seeds

- Cut off both ends of the chili. The put a chopstick ot straw through the chili, and poke out the core and seeds as you move along and then place the chili under running water to wash away the scattered seeds

- Switch off the lights when not using, even it os only for a short while.

- Use fluorescent or energy saving lamps where possible.

- Use a single high-wattage lamp rather than several low-watage ones.
